Work Arrangement: Full-time, 3 days in office per week

The Opportunity

Work with the Financial Reporting Manager to deliver high-quality financial insights and reporting across an organisation dedicated to community care rather than commercial profit. This is an exciting role as in addition to working within reporting, you will have some exposure to cashflow forecasting, financial modelling, and building out Power BI dashboards - offering commercial variety you don’t typically get in a standard financial accounting role.

Your Impact

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly financial reporting, including supporting schedules, workpapers, and commentary. Manage journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Cashflow Management: Support the preparation of weekly and monthly rolling cashflow reports. Monitor cash movements and forecast assumptions to identify liquidity trends or risks.
• Financial Modelling: Assist in maintaining and developing models for scenario analysis, cost modelling, and multi-year planning.
• Budgets & Forecasting: Assist in building annual budgets and periodic forecast updates.
• Data & Systems: Develop dashboards and reports. Maintain data integrity within the ERP system.

About You

• Experience: Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting support, or management reporting. Experience working with complex operational data and be looking to progress beyond a graduate level.
• Technical Skills: Experience with an ERP.
• Commercial Acumen: Ability to interpret financial data to support decision-making and identify operational risks and opportunities.
• Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. CA or CPA accreditation is advantageous but not essential.
